Project Description

6167 Yonge is a planned multi-phased mid-rise development along Yonge Street, in the Newtonbrook neighbourhood. The site will consist of two 14-storey residential buildings comprised of 462 units with significant retail at grade along Yonge. The masonry elements in the architecture will bring a luxurious touch to the City’s vision for the North Yonge corridor. This transit oriented community is located approximately 450 meters from the future Steeles subway station which forms part of the planned Yonge North Subway Extension being undertaken by Metrolinx.
