Project Description
45 The Esplanade is a planned high-rise development in Toronto’s downtown core consisting of one tower rising above a residential and hotel podium. The mixed-use buildings will house a new 141 suite hotel replacing the existing hotel on site, with complimentary retail uses at grade. The architecture reflects the newly defined built form along The Esplanade with a brick detailed street wall and enhanced setbacks further opening up the street.
