Project Description

3 Swift is a planned high-rise development on Eglinton Ave E, in the Victoria Village area of North York. The development includes two towers on top of a masonry podium representing 857 new homes, including the replacement of 61 affordable housing units. Set against the backdrop of Toronto’s ravine system, the building will also incorporate a new park on site. The Eglinton corridor will be enhanced with lush greenery and townhouses at grade to contribute to the public realm for residents and commuters alike. The site is located within 300 meters of the new Sloan Crosstown LRT station.
