Project Description
1266 Queen Street West is a planned infill mixed-use development in the Parkdale area of Toronto. The site seeks to replace an existing two storey commercial building with 329 new residential units with accompanying retail and community space in a podium and tower configuration that acts as a gateway into the Parkdale neighbourhood. The project will provide parkland dedication on site which will create a connection to the existing amphitheatre along Queen Street out to Nobel Street.
