The property to the north of Newton Drive is addressed to 6167 Yonge Street while the property to south is, oddly, without an address. A Mazda dealership is located at 6167, while its sales lot is the unaddressed parcel to the south. The site also includes a two-storey commercial building at 9 Madawaska Avenue, and a single-family home at 10 Newton Drive.
