What is proposed for the site at 111 Strachan Avenue, is a mixed-use building comprised of 314 residential units, and 339m² of commercial retail space. Designed by IBI Group, the building would range from 2 to 14-storeys high, terracing down to to the north to transition to neighbouring lower-rise residential buildings from the abutting ‘Avenues’ buildings on King Street to the south.
