Designed by IBI Group, the proposed development includes a 54-storey residential condominium building, inclusive of a six storey podium, with a total 549 residential condominium units and 146m² of retail space at-grade, for a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 35,625m², and a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 23.81.”
